It's called Context Awareness, which is being developed by companies such as Qualcomm, Intel, Xerox Park and others. Here is a link to Qualcomm's "Gimbal" website. It includes a video that describes how context awareness works.
Once again, above reply to my email, these 3 "and others" are all potential NUNCHI customers.
All the worry about applications popping up all over the place and patent apps too, is no threat to the whole enchilada IMO and the PR's plus website comments tell us why.
