I feel the same...as of now, they(SNDK) must respond first, as one of the first four defendants...on the 7th.....the others respond on the 28th

As of yesterday Phillips answer date to be decided....my guess 1-15-13 or there abouts.

GBS...may now have motion sitting, however, I haven't looked...if there is no motion for additional time...it will be the first defendant to respond.

As for the most recent 7 defendants, IMO, if they motion for time...it'll be after the 28th.

For now, the race, IMO, is between GBS and SNDK to set the mood....of what those that follow do.
