There are literally thousands of patent hits when I type in GIMBAL on USPTO. This doesn't sound like the context awareness GIMBAL patent to me.

The Qualcomm GIMBAL trademark Goods and Services type reads, "IC 009. US 021 023 026 036 038. G & S: Downloadable computer software in the nature of a mobile application for use in contextually aware applications; computer software libraries for use in contextually aware applications; computer software platforms for use in contextually aware applications." This makes sense. The Goods and Services type you posted deals with camera mounts and supports.
