What is Verizon Selects?
If you choose to participate in Verizon Selects, you may receive marketing messages, offers and other content that interest you more than what you receive today. Verizon Selects uses information about you, including your location, web browsing and app usage data, to see whether you fit into an audience Verizon or another company is trying to reach. We won’t share information that identifies you personally with any non-Verizon companies.

Verizon Selects will use your information, including your location, web browsing and app usage data, to provide relevant marketing messages, offers and other content through a variety of marketing media, such as postal mail, email, text, Internet and mobile advertising.
Back to topWhat types of accounts and devices may participate in Verizon Selects?
Consumer and small business customers may participate in Verizon Selects on any device associated with your line, such as a basic phone, Smartphone, tablet, mobile hotspot, netbook, USB modem or other device.
Corporate or government accounts aren’t eligible to participate. Certain other lines may also be ineligible (e.g., lines that an Account Owner has requested be blocked from participation).
I haven’t received an invitation to join Verizon Selects. How can I participate?
You can learn more about Verizon Selects and how to participate by visiting the Verizon Selects Preferences Center in My Verizon and following the prompts to opt in.

To participate, you can visit the Verizon Selects Preferences Center in My Verizon and follow the prompts to opt in to Verizon Selects using the My Verizon registration option.

You can also let us know that you would not like us to deliver marketing messages in certain ways (e.g., postal mail, email or text), at any time by visiting the Verizon Selects Preferences Center in My Verizon.

No, Verizon Selects won’t use information obtained from your emails or texts, or information from secure online transactions.

Yes, the location information used for Verizon Selects is not related to the location settings on your device. If you do not want us to use your location information, you can withdraw your consent at any time by visiting theVerizon Selects Preferences Center.
You can also instruct Verizon Selects to delete past data it has collected about your web browsing and location on the Verizon Selects Preferences Center.

If I provide my consent, how long will you keep and use my data for Verizon Selects?
You will remain a participant in Verizon Selects until you withdraw your consent. Information Verizon Selects collects while you are a participant may be kept for up to three years. You can stop participating or instruct Verizon Selects to delete past data it has collected about your web browsing and location at any time by visiting the Verizon Selects Preferences Center.
