Dec 5 (Reuters) - Intel Corp on Tuesday sold $6
billion of notes in four parts, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service. 
    Bank of America Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
