This may sound crazy, but the contingency deal DM had may have created a little less incentive early on. Both them and EDIG IMO needed some quick cash out of the TX 7, then when the Markman debacle occurred, ditto. They apparently lost interest??

Our 67/33 with Handal, 30K/mo creditable upon settlements is a n entirely different deal. Handal has upfront costs covered, and the harder they work the more both sides are rewarded.

I'm liking this arrangement more and more weekly.
