Now we are getting serious!!!
I agree with you Doni. Now we are going to play some hardball.
Again Sandisk, you have made a lot of money for your shareholders and workers while building your global company, with someone else's intellectual property.
You did not voluntarily come to the table to negotiate future legal, good faith licensing agreements when you knew all along that you did not own the rights to the now patented materials.
So we are now going to try to see to it that you cannot produce anything else. As was stated a long time ago, some companies knew they were wrong and came to negotiate in good faith. They were let off easy pending future licensing agreements.
Sandisk, you didn't want to play fair , so NOW you are not going to play at all. We have filed for a PERMANENT injunction so you will have to reach deep into those company bank accounts to settle up with eDigital or you must stop doing business. Maybe your retailers are going to STOP doing business with you soon , so they are not dragged financially into this "patent nightmare"
A VERY, VERY BAD analogy is the Penn State football situation. Penn State administration and football staff knew that there was a problem and they ignored it. Well guess what - we are now back to confront you. Now you are going to pay for this accumulation of deceit that has taken place.
Go eDigital- we are almost there
