Buy.com(etc) change to Buy.com

and add...BestBuy(etc)

With that, though not named in every suit..."such as BestBuy" is focused on in complaints...they should be at the top of your list.

IMO, they should name them as a defendant in every case they are mentioned in...however, they are letting them off with "such as". There must be a method to the madness.
