If e.Digital manages(leverages) the infringement issues in the right fashion, IMO, NUNCHI may be highlighted soon.

Many here want the big names mentioned in Law suits, I say the focus of defendants is where it should be....they are basically now saying...take notice... shelves are full of e.Digital infringement.

BestBuy entities, not named in every suit, are exemplified in complaints numerous times for different vendor issues....BestBuy has got to be concerned and they have a leading industry presence.

I have a feeling that when settlements appear the lid will come off....
