"You would think that Sandisk would throw in the removable media, or include it with their products in some way. No, they sell a workable CE unit with embedded media....and not get involved in how the removable media is formatted."

In reading the complaints, one of the main points of contension, as I understand ....end users are being pushed into the act of infringement when they push the removable memory into the socket.

Sandisk and others, hiding behind disclaimers of some sort..."we build removable ability into the CE device, however , it's entirely up to others to utilize that ability with their own media.
