"It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog"--or in this case, why cannot there be very bright attorneys in small firms? Bright hard working people that do not want to deal with the politics and partner making etc. that goes along with the big law firms. I think we are on the right track with the new firm.
