IMO, these post Markman settlements were based on 737 issues not opinionated on by the judge. E.Digital after getting the initial rendering put up their hands and said stop, we're bowing out for now and take things up at a later time regarding 737(re-exam interference), we'll settle up with the balance of defendants and end the case.

IMO, the re-exam of 737 allowed for that to happen....initiated by HTC attorneys 10-27-2010

IMO, these five weighed their options not wanting 737 to come back and haunt them.

As for those dismissed ???? IMO, conditional of 737, or 737 not a problem for them ???

IMO, HTC did e.Digital a favor case wise and re-exam wise and then got cold feet....

Ending up post re-exam for 737 as not being significantly changed.
