My issue with this is the time lost in waiting for the courts to decide the issue. In that time the thieves rule by going to China and having them produce the item. Thats where the screwing takes place. That poor wrench designer will now have to go to court to get any money which also can take years. The infinger wins. Edig is the prime example of that. All those that were partners ended up p[roducing the items and we have been in the fight for existence while they made billions and the courts helped the infringer. Thats justice. There's an old adage that say's "If theJudge screws you where do you go for justice." Here we are 12 years later and we are waiting for "Justice". we got screwed and we didn't even get kissed
