Is this format the same as Nunchi and if so how can apple get to do something if Nunchi already has the patent. Thats interestig. I then have to wonder the reason for Dm quiting Edig because they understood what kind of collision there will be. It is also grounds that if Apple is denide their patent , that what might be then in the cards a sweetheart contract or at best a takeove buyout. Just hoping out loud.
