You know that they have to say "expected" until it becomes a fact. Its the lawyer cya stuff. I think it is up to us long timers with a large sample size frame of reference to decide for ourselves where we are this time. Yes, several times in the past Edig has not been able to deliver. Is this time the same or different? Fred knows that we have beeen burning some cash for the past 6 months or so. Fred knows that litigation and settlements(Flash portfolio) take time and come in or do not on a irregular basis. The company has been cutting costs and expenses for the last several years and has no debt to try to stay in the game. I believe that the change of the law firms representing us in the Flash litigation and Fred's willingness to pay $30,000 per month in legal fees was a major change in philosophy. IMVHO this Nunchi thing is potentially much bigger than any of us could have thought and that licensing agreements etc. for Nunchi will happen sooner rather than later. How soon, I have no idea. Edig needs to stay the course with the Flash litigation and get the word out regarding the potential of Nunchi unless, of course, some behemoth company has been beta testing it all along and already knows what it is capable of.
