Doesn't matter what Tim Cook thinks.....litigation over patent rights has been going on before Tim Cook was even born.
It'll be going on after he and the rest of us are gone....
We just have to hope that the principles in place that protect patent rights and allow prosecution stay intact. Thing is, those rights are very expensive giving the Tim Cooks of the world the upper hand....so stop crying Timmy.
