All I know is HTC & Nokia licensed the Flash-R portfolio like the others so when they come out with a new product they no longer infringe.

Somebody tell me I am FOS...please...LOL!

Take Samsung for example...came out with a whole new line of phones and tablets since they settled/licensed.
