doni, since Judge Krieger ruled the '774 patent does NOT use RAM, can we assume all of these recent lawsuits involve products that don't use RAM? If not, it seems like all of the defendants could simply point to Judge Krieger's ruling and the '774 would be dismissed from the cases.
