Yes it is...Thing is, nothing drastic happens to incite you(Me, anyone) to leave because of the potential.

They have had their ups and downs, but nothing of them has had any real impact on me to leave my spot. There has always been, in my mind anyway, mitigated conclusions to all episodes of unfavorable issues.

This sucker will not die because of that potential.

There is a minimal value here, reflected in the PPS, or not....and the potential is more stronger now than it has ever been.
