Hypothetically you give the sales pitch..lol...."SNDK...pay us 2 bucks for the company, approximately 400 mill....For that, you get a potential 350-400(200 allotted in round numbers) mill revenue stream right out of the gate!! on law suits. Work at it and double down(two legal teams ..?) you get 1/2 the company for free, in what 3 yrs?....and a stable of significant IP." And the 5-10 mill(in round numbers) we would be hitting you for....call it a bonus. You could really blast the flash and CE device market.

From my prospective, as an investor, at minimum I have 2 bucks for what looks to be an an easy sale...NUNCHI included.

As you feel, I feel it's worth more than 2.
