I just talked to Fred..that is not the case.

As it was explained, a retailer can be added to the 6 individual OEM's lawsuit, and even multiple retailers of the same OEM, but the strategy as to who is added or not, is not public information that Handal nor EDIG will share.

There are 6 OEM's to date and I count 9 retail sales arms.

It is even possible that no retailer is attached to a specific OEM.

Handal is keeping it under wraps as to who is included for each of the 6.
