I don`t see what`s so complicated here. The email wasn`t necessarily forward looking (a few days), while on 7/28/05, they didn`t how much more business they`d get during the qtr (deliverable within the qtr), just one month in to the qtr. If they knew that they had $1.6M locked for the qtr based on delivery schedule, that is their minimum number. Possible additional business? Well, anything more would constitute an ``exceed``.
