Maybe, but I see this a different way.

The retailers put pressure on the OEM's (qty 3 in this group) to buy a license, pay up good, and lesson the retailers exposure.

It will be interesting if some buckle at the knees real quick on both sides.

It's not like the OEM's will say, "oops...ship all your inventory back and we will issue credit"...lol.

IMO the retailers will be helpful in getting this over with quick...ala Christmas is coming....
