I hear ya, but in afterthought I don`t see either scenario as a big deal. Orders received - fine. Orders withheld - they are coming (as I think Wencor would ultimate HAVE TO come to us). Actually the latter scenario is better! I`d rather think that a significantly large order is coming than to think that orders have come, but are so small as to not prompt reporting.

And I think calling RP about this would be a waste of time. The question would have to do with revenues, and he`d be a fool to advise only one shareholder.

My item #2 (childish negotiation ploy) would not surprise me at all. Heck, he pursued buying IMS in his sabber rattling, and has made some very provocative public statements. He comes across to me, based on what I think I KNOW, as a total power monger (business logic out the window). I`ve worked with these kinds of people - ego/perceived prestige/power base threatened, so everybody stop doing any real/meaningful work, and dedicate all resources to help me fight my silly internal political battle which is without merit (maybe only based on a paranoid perception) and does nothing but hurt the company`s bottom line. Nope, wouldn`t surprise me at all. And Wood is accountable to no one.

JMHO,

SGE
