IMO, the amount settled for, if that happens, is not the issue for me. What is most important to me is how the re-exam of 737 is determined in these cases.

If they settle, or better,IMO, if defendants challenge the change to the patent claim 5 now 13 and all is positive...it's off to the races on that one issue. They'll fall like domino's if that transpires.

There's a lot riding on that one issue that directly involves the flash business across the board. With that, they can use that one claim issue to leverage the expenses going after other claims. There will be a pay day after every defendant utilizing similar methods of memory integrity management.
