Yamaha, Korg Accused Of Infringing Flash Memory Patents

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 1:25 PM ET) -- Electronics makers Yamaha Corp., Korg Inc. and Diasonic Technology Co. Ltd. were sued on Monday in California federal court for manufacturing portable recorders and music samplers that allegedly infringe patents covering the use of editing and flash memory technology in hand-held recording devices.
