Mention Retailers and letting them know they are selling our stolen technology, will accelerate Negotiations

Retailers will ask the OEM Manufactures / Suppliers to stop supplying all the specific products that are violating our patents

The OEM Manufactures / Suppliers will need to negotiate fast under the pressure of the Retailers and e.digital attorneys.

Faster settlements on the way (IMO)
