By public do you mean potential new investors?

I don't see the public in mass following PACER all the time to see what's up. A properly crafted PR with some big names will do the trick IMO.

I also do not share concerns that Handal can't handle it (Hi LL...LOL).

What makes anyone think Fred did not interview several firms with AC's guidence, reviewed all the proposals and took the best deal to get the job done?
