I don't see added lawsuits being done. How many could a three person law firm handle at one time? Pretty hard to even try and handle two.

The new suit may take several months or even a year or more. I'm a little disappointed in not trying the water with a larger company to test the the value of the patents after the re-exam.

They have an obligation to keep the shareholders informed of any significant events, and a new lawsuits is significant. A PR is most likely required.
