NUNCHI, 1st use in commerce

This is a public record dug up by a friend...

ok, so nunchi TM is approved for registration, and will be published and get a reg no soon; but,

the date of first use in commerce is also 9/20/12 filing, it has RAM as 9/21/12, which appears to be :

***RAM Accounting Date: 09/21/2012***

and now as of a few days ago, nunchi is 1(a) not 1(b) which means it IS in use, not intention to use.....the main page has not changed from 1b to 1a, prob waiting on reg no for that..
