Bo....it takes an avg of 47 days once the NIRC is issued before the patent in it's new form is "law." Same thing happened with 774.

An email was posted here from Fred that infringement inforcement will not resume until both patents are are in place.

At the 9-1 SHM it was stated as a goal to get "patents (plural) thru reexam" then a new round of litigation.

Nothing has changed....
