Expectations for announcements by Wencor were reasonable. I doubted they would include EDIG in any way, but thought we would hear from Wencor. No dice. I don`t doubt Brent Wood and gang have deals in the bag -- still unannounced based on his comments.

My guess is that Wencor simply has no need to announce a small carrier -- they do not want to get pigeon holed as ``the IFE solution for little guys`` -- and a large carrier would dictate the timing of anything to include that carrier`s name.

Going forward EDIG should continue to see IFE revenue from Wencor. We know about the $1.6M announced revs and hope for added orders since that time.

So, the short term looks OK, maybe better. Longer term, through 2006 and beyond, the Wencor Sugar Daddy train may or may not stay on track. We just don`t know. The competition is stiff, but the current digEplayer is a proven winner with studio approvals in place. To replace EDIG, Wencor will have to find a vendor with similar tech and get the approvals from the studios -- not a small time window and lots of work that may not be needed.

It is simply time for EDIG to sell something. Period.

With a bit of luck, we may see a biz update to give more than ``expect soon`` info in the next few weeks. That may be the surprise we need to keep EDIG out of the $0.0X pps world, IMO.
