Because the amendments to claim 5 will affect the scope of the dependent claims 6 and 7, which are not subject to this reexamination proceeding, agreed that the Examiner is authorized to do an Examiner's amendment for rewritting the amended base claim 5 as the new base claim 13 in accordance with 37 CFR 1.530 and MPEP 2260.01 for placing the application in condition for issuing a NIRC.
