This will be interesting to see how we're going after Apple because IMO when they changed 'memory integrity test' to 'memory media integrity test' if indeed it's not at all to test the memory data. Geeees - the data blocks haft to be right before the media can go to it; and IMO that what the bad block configuring is all about per NFFS. IDK - Better brains than me here to sipher--it. but we shal see.
Particularly , patent owner amendments to base claim 5 by replacing the claim term“ Memory integrity test “with the new claim term -Memory media integrity test – For making clear that the claimed invention requires , among other things , a method step of activating a test of the memory media not at all to a test of data stored in the memory , as suggested by the patent owner for overcoming to the rejects recited in the final office action . The rejection of claim 5 have been withdrawn .Examiner amendment has cancelled claim 5 and it is replace by the new base claim 13.
