If I am not mistaken, this small feature/benefit of NUNCHI does it all.

• disables at 10 MPH
• administrator can GPS track the user 24/7 and get Google Map alerts
• geo fencing...meaning a parameter can be programed (a geographical circle) where the "kid" says he/she will be while out with friends. Kid goes outside the fence and parents get an alert and mapped location
• speed controls....exceed the speed limit is any given area and an alert is sent along with the mapped location

This AT&T app, cannot do the above, but another one I know of can. AT&T offers the app free to their wireless customers.

NUNCHI is not needed if this is all you want to accomplish.
