Read and note the limits are not set only to IFE....the patent application is just that -- an application only at this point. Trademarks cover specific product categories know as Standard Industrial Classes (SIC codes). That is why one company can own ``Kohler`` plumbing products and a separate company own ``Kohler`` digital pianos.
