That was only in regard to another entity that e.Digital might sell to outside the IFE realm....where upon that entity not controlled by e.Digital....re directs back to IFE.

In the day of WENCOR..

Future contracts of e.Digital would have to be of concern...and written as such.

In the day of APS...

dealing with a guy by the name of Boyer may have foregone the full foresight of future contracts out side IFE.

My comments where not specific with contracts...other than a ``could be`` significance.

It can`t all be to WENCOR`s satisfaction...as far as agreements passed to them.
