My concern is not for that closing matter, I undersatnd the time frame issue.

My concern, and I have identified, is the lack of PAIR filings as of the 7-30-12 e.Digital response and 8-24 e.Digital supplemental response. The examiner has not responded to those issues in an open consideration.

I call that secrecy.
