I just looked up the paper trail on 774.

There was a 20 page filing June 22 "Notice of Intent to Issue a Reexam Certificate"

Then in Aug 14: "Reexamination Certificate Issued"

737 filing by EDIG July 30, no notice like June 22 followed yet they terminated the reexam and mailed the NIRC Sept 20.

Lack of consistency is why?
