There's new strength to e.Digitals patents that were not there when DM started.

DM went to court with existing conditions... This new firm will approach things differently base on re-exam issues.

We have to see what happens with the appeal of 737....

If it stands....IMO, all the ducks are in line....

Thing is, IMO, things are not going to start until the claim 5, 737 issue is resolved.

Lots to think about, for me anyway.
