If devised the same as the DigEplayer with the same layers...if pushed other than IFE...they might get away with it....and it may be that prior contracts allow for it....as suggested.

However, who`s to say that e.Digital offers it to anyone...with efforts of not selling it to the IFE industry....and that buying entity then re-directs it back into IFE.

Could be a problem WENCOR is facing with prior contract stipulations.

The way RP comments....that could be the case.
