Before they scramble back to anyone....that which they own(WENCOR)will be put to the test.

If Panasonic came to e.Digital for an implementation....WENCOR IP would be in the way.

Panosonic would need an Idea for e.Digital to implement first....and it would have to be indifferent to WENCOR`s.
