I just received my Raspberry Pi. For anyone unfamiliar, it is a $25 linux computer, although I purchased the deluxe version which is $35. It takes a while to get one because thousands of high schools around the world are buying these computers to allow students to create hardware and software projects, and learn the basics of electronics. I will be using mine for a home server.
I would be curious if the Innovations group is considering this kind of technology to keep the Nunchi personal data out of the cloud and within the users control. So instead of your personal data on location and status being sent to some commercial server, it could be sent securely to your own server.
