Thanks to a PM I read this morning, (you know who you are, thanks) the place to send an email is deleted. I suspect since the site was taken down sometime early Tues Sept 4, with this being the cause, per Fred:

"We got attacked by a robot script through our Contact Form. In process of rectifying the problem."

Until they install something to protect the site, I suspect it will remain deleted.
