Call it a hunch...but..
New tax laws next year...My guess is that Fred & Gang have a lot of shares to get rid of to avoid new tax laws...they're going to want a higher price than .15, probably at least .25-.50...They're going to push something...Just a hunch.
Volume is up for some reason...and up .01 is certainly better than down .01...Quitchorb*****N! LOL!
