More patent-related news for Apple (AAPL): As Bloomberg is reporting, the tech giant got a mixed ruling from the U.S. International Trade Commission in the patent lawsuit brought against it by Google’s (GOOG) Motorola Mobility.
As the article notes “The commission said Apple wasn’t infringing three patents, including two that covered 3G and Wi-Fi technology. It ordered the trade judge to review the validity of a fourth Google patent that he had said was invalid. The patent under review is for a sensor to determine the proximity of a person’s head to the phone.”
