ok, imvho it is time to take notice that our 7 patent apps, 6 of which are nunchi, the 7th is a mystery........who is handling the nunchi patent apps, and who is paying the attorney's fees...

we always announce contingency for flash r litigation, we always announce we're paying hourly for our reexam attys...we NEVER announce what lawfirm or who is paying the attorney's fee costs on this..which would be SUBSTANTIAL... the fact that this appears to be missing info....that makes the plank happy...
