I`m not so certain I agree with that statement. The Railway website, which is the marketing tool for the entire project, as opposed to an obscure press release by an unknown private Wencor with a small following if any, is pretty much a salute to EDIG...likely something the EDIG marketing team influenced.
I guess it all depends how one looks at things...
