I don`t think you can jab at Jeb for FEMA foul ups. Bush is the Governor of a State - FEMA is Fed. So blame the Fed and its beuracracy right down to the idiots on the ground. Anybody ever think of blaming THOSE people? But they need jobs too, and somebody had to hire them (you sure wouldn`t!). Sometimes I freak myself out thinking of the shocking number of truly stupid people out there, then I`m amazed that things are as good as they are!
