I think I remember that now.

There was a bunch of "noise" as to interpreting the meaning of "future" as if it meant identified claimed infringers as of the Sept 17, 2008 SHM where they said 174 I believe it was, and clarifying some may be added to the list and some may be removed, that a reissued patent meant that list was history.

Just negative nonsense as I see it.
